BOSTON, MA - April 15, 2010 - MobileFlows, a leader in providing mobile messaging delivery solutions, announced today that the company's Mobileflo platform now supports Chat Services.

The Mobileflo Chat Service makes it easy for customers to implement fully carrier compliant premium SMS operator-assisted chat services. The Mobileflo Chat Service build on the core Mobileflo platform which already has support for other campaign types such as subscription and one-time transaction services. Mobileflo Chat Services manage the carrier/aggregator connectivity, opt-in (and opt-out) processes and premium SMS billing per carrier and MMA requirements (both transaction and subscription billing is supported).

The Mobileflo Chat Services are flexible providing customers with a choice of implementation models. For example, customers can use their own chat-operators or work through authorized MobileFlows chat-operator partners. Integration into the Mobileflo Chat Services is accomplished via an easy-to-use set of web-services. Alternatively, the services can be accessed by leveraging a turn-key solution.

"Operator assisted chat has become a popular entertainment service and it has potential to generate large premium SMS revenues. The benefits of the Mobileflo Chat Services are clear - reduced implementation timelines, reduced total cost of ownership, reduced risk and increased quality," said Mark Lederhos, Managing Partner at MobileFlows. "We have clients who have already launched chat services on the Mobileflo platform and they are seeing rapid growth in traffic."
